Molmisa Brand® understands that circumstances may arise where customers need to cancel their orders. Below are the details of our cancellation policy. 

CANCELLATION PERIOD

Customers who paid through debit/credit card or PayPal may cancel their orders within the phases of placing orders up to checking out. Customers can no longer cancel if the orders have already been paid, confirmed, processed, and booked for shipping. We do not allow refunds for such a scenario. 

For customers who opt to pay through online banking or over-the-counter, customers can cancel them forty-eight hours before the scheduled delivery. 

PENDING PAYMENT ORDERS

Molmisa Brand® has the right to cancel an order if the customer fails to process the payment within forty-eight hours after the order date (for online banking and over-the-counter) or if the customer fails Molmisa Brand® validation or security authentication.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

To cancel the order, please email admin@molmisa.com with the cancellation, the order number, and the reason for cancellation. Our customer support team will assist you in the cancellation process.

REFUND POLICY

If the cancellation request is made after the orders have been paid, confirmed, processed, and booked for shipping, refunds are no longer allowed.

EXCEPTIONS

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return (refer to our Return Policy).

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item becomes out of stock after placing an order, we will notify the customers promptly. Customers may choose to replace the item, wait for restocking, or cancel the order for a full refund.

ERROR IN BILLING, PAYMENT, OR SHIPPING INFORMATION

Molmisa Brand® has the right to cancel an order at any time due to, but not limited to, the following situations: 

- An incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date, or card security value, or information regarding other payment types;

- Incorrect billing information (for example, if the billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record);

- An insufficient or incorrect shipping address (e.g., missing street address, city, state, zip, or postal code) or suspected fraudulent information.

BUSINESS INTEREST

Molmisa Brand® reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe customer conduct violates applicable law or harms others or Molmisa Brand’s business interests.

POLICY CHANGES
